I placed an order a couple months ago. I didnt receive my complete order. Ive been sending emails and no one has responded. This has been a very inpleasant experience. Not sure if I need to file a claim. Keep sending emails? Please advise!

I have recently ordered something off of your Site and, nothing has come. I ordered something On June 5th which was over 6 days ago. Furthermore, I was told that my order would be shipped in 5 to 7 business days. I have left multiple messages and emails regarding my order on art's cow. No one has gotten back to me and, it seems like this is a scam. I should have done my research, but I was really excited about the shoes I paid $53 for them and I would like them to be shipped to me. My number is 336380**** I would appreciate it if somebody could at least call me and tell me what it is I'm supposed to do. Do not do. D

Artscow poor quality products terrible service

Artscow produces poor quality products and they do not refund your money when the item proved to be defective and was illustrated through photographs. Their photobooks are poor quality, photos were dark and grainy, pages misaligned. They refused to refund me. Making excuses that it was my photos that were grainy. I have used other sites and never had a problem with dark or grainy photos. They sent several emails back and forth trying to argue that they were not at fault. I have only used Artscow once and never will again. They are unethical and have terrible customer service! Beware that you will not get what you pay for.
