Artscow produces poor quality products and they do not refund your money when the item proved to be defective and was illustrated through photographs. Their photobooks are poor quality, photos were dark and grainy, pages misaligned.

They refused to refund me. Making excuses that it was my photos that were grainy. I have used other sites and never had a problem with dark or grainy photos. They sent several emails back and forth trying to argue that they were not at fault.

I have only used Artscow once and never will again.

They are unethical and have terrible customer service! Beware that you will not get what you pay for.
